This is about as risque as Picpak gets; it may take a couple reads to figure out why. I love how the comics started looking at around this point. It’s a little quirky, but it works.

It’s time for this week’s Way Back Wednesday!

This comic was originally posted January 31, 2008. It’s the little things that make a comic, aren’t it? I just love Picpak’s little chef hat.

Monday’s comic about Youtube has quickly become one of my most popular yet. I put it up at just the right time. It was so soon, in fact, that the comic I originally intended to post went through on Tapastic! So if it felt a tad rushed, that’s because it was: I only had a few hours to work with! I do love the response from you guys though. Sometimes you get an idea that you just gotta squeeze in no matter what, and this was one of them.

Nothing like a fun new comic to celebrate a fun new design!

The idea with this one was to make a retro-inspired design, while still keeping it in 2013. The new logo pops right out and really shows Picpak in the spotlight. Oh, and did I mention the Facebook page got a revamp? Twitter got a slight adjustment too. The code’s a bit more complex this time around, so if you see any bugs, please let me know.

Kim’s Favourite Strips of 2012: Matt Groening Is Gonna Sue Me

Today’s comic is Matt Groening is Gonna Sue Me, published March 16, 2012. This is the longest I ever worked on a comic! Usually I can get them done in as little as half an hour. I literally spent all evening on this. I remember having trouble pausing the original theme at the places I wanted. I’ve always loved how little sense this one makes, what with there being multiples of the same character in one frame, and character’s sizes being the exact opposite of what they are. My site got 690 hits the day this was published; my busiest day ever! As for the post itself, it’s had 45.
