I actually made a few typos in the original. Good thing I wasn’t popular yet!

If dog years are a sign of maturity, then Picpak is screwed.

This to me is one of Picpak’s most quintessential strips. How many other comics get this WACKY?
Picpak Dog and Comics Sherpa go together like peanut butter and jelly. So check it out today!

Picpak loses more friends this way.
You don’t HAVE to read my comics on Comics Sherpa…but it’d be nice. Go check ’em out!

Here’s two characters you never thought you’d see again, in the same strip! Yes…that should please them…

I gotta confession to make. Between @EvanYeti‘s health issues and other things I completely forgot to post this anywhere! Rest assured, all has been solved. I think Picpak has the art of avoiding events down to a science.
The original strip was one of my first forays into drawing digitally, and man, does it shows. Today’s work is much better!

I know some of you will be elated to see Mr. Blob in the picture frame in panel 1. It’s something I would have never considered doing even just a couple weeks ago. I’ve explained my reasons of why I hate the character and never published him on the website on Patreon, but in short I find him a gimmick who makes the surreal moments seem less surreal. Apparently, a lot of you don’t feel the same way.
StopComics and YieldComics were already taken, so Picpak Dog is on GoComics. Read more classic strips on Comics Sherpa!

Those giant bottles of health food always intimidated me. They look like they’re made to be served to cattle, not humans.
One time only! Comics Sherpa readers get to read Friday’s strip before everyone else! Normally I wouldn’t do this, but I think the editors will get a kick out of this one. Check it out!
Welcome to this week’s Forgotten Friday! (This won’t become a regular thing, I promise)

There’s a lot of reasons as to why Jeff Jr. started appearing less regularly in the strip. In fact, the idea of Jeff Jr. himself came from someone I went to school with, so in a way it always felt like I “stole” it from him. (I pay homage to this by making Jeff Jr’s outfit nearly identical to Alvin’s from Alvin and the Chipmunks.) And while the idea of a mischievous enemy to Picpak sounded good at the time, over time I realized Picpak’s biggest enemy is common sense. Still, it’s nice to see Jeff Jr. in his classic brattish self. And like I’ve always said, Hank from Addanac City does what Jeff Jr. does so much better.
GoComics! Picpak Dog! Maybe you’ve put those words together, maybe you haven’t. But now you can by reading him over at Comics Sherpa!

I have the same problem with the mice that the characters of B.C. have, in that they’re largely indistinguishable. The one with the red nose is Kim, named after me, but with the intention of not really being anything like me. (Because autobiographical comics are so overdone, amirite?) Plus they’re used only in school situations, and I graduated from high school 6 years ago, so it’s not a topic in my comics that appears often.
When you think of GoComics, you probably think of some of the best comics on the web. But did you know Picpak is on there too? Check him out at Comics Sherpa!
