Calvin's middle name is David.I know this because my uncle's friend is a personal friend of Waterson and he told him that there's an unpublished strip which refers to his middle and last name,but he decided not to publish it.I will not reveal his last name,as a part of the magic of Calvin and Hobbes would die.
