HHmmmm... I see your problem. First of all it depends on how close you two are or how long has your relationship been. If you want to kiss a girl you can go about it two different ways: 1. You can just kiss her at a romantic time and hope for the best 2.you wait until she wants to kiss you or secret option 3. you talk about it to see if its alright with the both of you but bring it up casualy like if you're watching a movie with kissing in it then ask a question about it and then just build it up from there.
